    We use Google OAuth to allow You to sign in and authenticate to our Services. We request only the permissions needed to provide login and account-related functionality. We do not sell Google user data.
  3. Website crawling and SEO analysis (service functionality)
    Our Services may crawl websites and analyze pages to help identify SEO improvements (similar in purpose to website auditing and SEO data providers). This processing may include fetching publicly available web content, URLs, page metadata, and technical signals (e.g., response codes, headings, indexability signals, internal links) to generate recommendations and reports. If You submit a website or URLs for analysis, You confirm that You have the rights and permissions to request such analysis for those resources.

  1. We collect information related to a platform user and our services usage:
    • Registration information: information You provide to us when You sign up to our system such as your name, email address, telephone and/or mobile number, employer, and login details (including username and password).
    • Account Dashboard “Profile” settings: You can view and edit various preferences as well as personal details in the “Profile” settings of Your Account Dashboard. For example, the language of platform, email used for signing in, non-transactional communication preferences, account name.
    • Project / crawl data: we store the tasks, crawl configurations, and generated SEO analysis results associated with Your account to provide the Services.
    • Subscription plan and Billing info: we store information about the Plan You are subscribed to. We don’t store complete payment card details. Payments are processed by our 3rd party partner – Stripe.
    • Other data You want to voluntarily share with us: we may collect Your personal information or data if You submit it to us voluntarily in other contexts (e.g., support requests).

    • Compliance with legal obligations: participation in legal investigations and judicial proceedings conducted by public authorities or governmental authorities, in particular, for the purpose of detecting, investing and prosecuting illegal acts.
    • Marketing Communications: commercial and/or advertising communications that may be personalised based on data collected automatically or provided voluntarily to us.
    • Cookies and Similar Technologies: functional cookies / similar technologies that are necessary to remember choices a user makes and provide more personalized features, and analytics tools / similar technologies to improve our website and services, as set in Section 2.c.

    Personal data is only processed if the legal requirements laid down by relevant legislation are met, including but not limited to the fulfilment of a legal obligation, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and/or your consent where required by law.

    All data is stored on our secure servers and infrastructure providers. We do our best to protect and keep secure Your personal and projects data. Our infrastructure may useAWS for hosting and storage.

    All data that has been tracked and/or stored in our system can be exported to a preferred format (CSV or JSON) by request sent to the support team. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the export within a commercially reasonable timeframe after a request is received.
  3. Data retention
    We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where applicable, we may delete or anonymize data that has been stored for more than 365 days, or earlier upon account deletion requests, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. User rights to access, rectification or erasure, restriction and objection of processing

  1. You have the right to access, rectification, opposition, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), and restriction of the processing Your personal data by directing any of such requests to Root XP.   2. Deletion of Account and Personal User Data
    Accounts on this site can be anonymized or deleted at the users request. If You want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at arnis.lielturks@rootxp.dev. Upon receiving Your request, we will take appropriate steps to verify Your identity and fulfil Your request in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Please note, account deletion may lead to the deletion of personal data and it may not be possible to recover it.
